Try BH Cosmetics. You buy them online, they're about $25 for 120 color palettes. They also have sales ALL. THE. TIME. Great shadows, nice textures and super pigmented. I love them, they have every color known to man.

You cannot go wrong with Wet n Wild. The 6/8 palettes are just OUSTANDING and there are many many dupes for Mac too.

@Sonja I didnt even know the pigmentation was good I just passed by them yesterday an when I saw the price I decided to take a pic because a lot of ladys here ask for cheap palettes... Do you know if elf has good pigmentation? Because their holiday palettes look pretty

I have two of the fergies ones. they're ok!!..
@lili, I like elf shadow. some ppl say some of the colors are a miss n of course I havent tried all. you can make most of em work. and I like their mineral eyeshadow. its not as soft as the more expensive ones but the colors are pretty on.. that's my 2 cents. I kno you're asking Sonja. ;-)

@Naomi I would have appreciate anyone that would have answered, I'm really asking for the girls in here asking about cheap palettes and I've heard that to that some are hits and miss but thats not hearing from someone who has given feed back on the spot that was just by reading thanks for answering and the feed back I appreciate it =)

Elf I find is kind of hit and miss. Though if you have a primer (even the $1 Elf primer) makes a real difference. I have some Elf shadows and can make them work with a primer. But the Wet N wild, are really wonderful! If oyu are more of a neutral type, you will love the comfort zone. It really is worth so much more than the $5 they charge.

I agree with Sonja. I have that $1 primer. it is rather good..
nyx jumbo pencil on milk or nyx eye primer would b a good option too when working with cheap shadows like elf.
I actually like maybelline n cover girl shadows too.. as a cheap alternative. rimmel. there's a lot of stuff out there.
those holiday pallets caught my eye too. I saw them at target last wk..
