Hey guys. I don't know why but I just get these bumps on my forehead. I don't know whether they are pores. they are really noticible. I always exfoliate, but it makes it worse because I have dry skin. what shall I do to remove the bumps? thanks.

Don't exfoliate too much, you strip the oils which will make them worse. These little bumps, are they solid? if so they may be small calcium bumps. Apply a topical acne lotion, small amount, don't pick. Hopefully they will soon be gone. Hope this helps.
