Might need a new flat iron, mine is acting kind of weird, when it shouldn't be. Hasn't even been two years since i've had it. Its a Helen of Troy, got it from Sallys when my other one quit working. Now i'm trying to find one that will work pretty good. Was thinking Babyliss, Chi or maybe ever the HerStyle? any suggestions? My hair is longer and pretty curly!! Thankss(:

wow everyone seems like a fan of chi!
I've never tried chi, but i really like my ti creative styling titanium flat iron.
Its sooooooo sturdy and really high quality.
It gets my hair really shiny and glossy looking and takes no time at all to straighten or even curl my kinky hair!

I love my chi and ghd, however I used a titanium one on a client in the salon today and now I am in LOVE! Sooo shiny and soft, even better than my chi or ghd

Chi, I bought a nu•me a couple weeks ago, it works amazingly, but I'd still prefer my old chi

What brand of titanium did you use?

GHD is the best flat iron! It may be expensive but it works very good :)

I have a her styler and LOVE IT!! It works great on my medium length wavy hair and works great with my hair extensions. It heats up fast, and comes in all kinds of differnt colors and designs. Mine is purple with leopard print. And there not nearly as expensive as the chi so it saves alot of money. I've had my her styler for about almost 1year and it makes my hair soft and shiny after just using it a couple times.

I use the karmin g3, it's really good and my favorite, it's great for styling the hair and leaves the hair soft, shiny , frizz less and very straight. I bought it online @ safrons.com :P

Oops I didn't mean to send that yet lmao. I disagree and don't personally like the Chi. The absolute best flat iron is the Unite straightener. I now take only 20 minutes to straighten my hair instead of the usual 40 it took with my Chi. Def look into it! A little pricey but def worth it!

WHY does everyone like Chi??? That brand uses coated ceramic plates instead of pure ones and they only last like a year. Karmin has the best flat irons, especially for curly hair!!! Plus, they have the most heat settings on the market today and they give 3yrs warranty not just 1 like chi does.

I absolutely hate Chi irons. Everyone I know loves them but I've used several different ones and I hate them all. I have thick hair and it with a Chi iron it takes forever to do my hair. Plus I hear tons of problems with them. Plates stop getting hot, buttons stop working. Not worth the money in my opinion.
I love Babyliss irons, and I adore Paul Mitchell irons.

I don't even know the brand: I was told she got it at Sally's for like 60 bucks or so.
