I have pale skin and dark eyes. I always stick to neutrals. I like the Naked 2 pallet. I think crazy colors stand out too much when you are pale and have dark eyes but that's just me.

I have pale skin and dark hazel eyes. I have cool undertones and I can wear any color but yellow or orange toned.

I think you are right to stick with neutrals for everyday. To change it up a bit try applying a thin line of liquid eyeliner in a fun color like electric blue- it will give you another color option without looking overdone and tacky- just keep the rest of the face neutral of course!
