I need advice on a good mascara that adds length and volume but doesn't clump much and absolutely does not smudge!!

IsaDora build-up volume mascara (avail. In regular and waterproof) is the best mascara, like EVER. It's all that you described that you wanted!

But if your lashes get really wet, you need to re-curl them though :/
