Whenever I try to apply pressed powder eye shadow it just falls off, none of the pigments stay and it doesn't show up, I don't
understand why it doesn't stick :( its really weird cause I use to use eye shadow all the time in my teen years -_-' now the only way it stays is if I wet the applicator.

Urban decay have a great primer. It's in a purple bottle. But usually it won't all come off after your nightly cleanse. I guess it proves how good it is :P.

Thanks for all the advice I definitely need to invest in a primer :) I also should probably pick up a new brush set ^_^

In addition to a primer you can use a cream shadow or eyeshadow pencil. They're sticky so the eyeshadow will really stick to it. Nyx jumbo eyeshadow pencil in "milk" is what a lot of people use. It's white which could be a little too stark for some colors but they have other shades. Milani also make eyeshadow pencils that I've seen people use as a base. You can get Nyx at Ulta and it's like $6 :)

I agree with the ladies a primer is a great investment it will help any type of shadow from high end to low end the fallout could also be because of quality but a primer can definitely fix that

Eye primer! Like everyone said. it makes a makes a world of difference. I had been using eyeshadow forever and never had very vibrant results until I got a primer. it helps it stick and shows the true color. I didn't even know what it could do or what it was until I bought a hard candy shadow and it came with a mini primer. I've been hooked ever since. I just wish I could find another hard candy one since I never see it when I'm at walmart and I loved that one so much. :(
