Can anyone recommend a great liquid eye liner with a budget price? Atm I'm using a Loreal one, it is black with a long silver lid. Any other great brands?

I like the nyx skinny marker.. but the wet n wild is okay. but I highly suggest trying gel liner from wet n wild or even maybelline. it is easy to use also and works so good!

I've tried all of those and hated them, but omce I tried the line stilleto from maybelline I think I fell in love. even elf has a good one as well, it just takes a bit to dry

Yeah I agree with Lizz, Milani makes the best felt tip pen liner you can find at the drug store, but if your looking for a regular run of the mill liquid liner Wet n Wild makes a fantastic one, its super black and stays all day and its iver cheap, I use it religiously.

Thanks ladies! Very much appreciated :-)! So far I love that the Loreal one I'm currently using, has a long felt brush. It isn't short and hard as some I have used in the past. But I want to change it up, try something different :-). I'll keep my eye out definitely for the wet and wild and the Milani one. But once again thanks for the feedback everyone!
