Go at the pharmacy and ask the lazy for this cream to put on your pimples or zits, they help so much in the morning you see a difference I really suggest if!

It could be a cyst! On that note, don't irritate it. Keep you face clean and use benzoyl peroxide to dry it up if your skin isn't too sensitive. Give it more time, otherwise see your dr. because you may need antibiotics.
