Ok so I have this problem too because of the medicine I am talking and I use Blistex medicated lip ointment. It is THE BEST! It comes on white but dries clear. You can buy it at any drug store!

For a quick fix, vaseline. Rub it in with your fingers to heat it enough to spread well. But then I suggest getting something like Blistex Moisture Melt. It's amazing. Also, before you go to bed, slather on some vaseline then try to sleep in a position where your lips won't rub the pillows. By morning they should feel better. No exfoliating though! They'll crack even more.

I'm experiencing the same right now. Its awful! Don't scrub. I'm using la roche posay nutritic lips and by morning there is a big difference. Or Just keep reapplying any medicated lip balm throughout the day and keep hydrated.

Try using carmex which is a medicated lip balm. It may sting a little bit bit that means it's just helping

Whatever you do, DO NOT use EOS that has short term treatment but will not help you. Try Vaseline or a Nivea Lip Butter. Don't lick your lips or rub them together!

Oh also. rose salve. it works wonders. they sell it at bbw (the one I have is from there) and I've seen it at sephora in a different brand. I found it while on search trying to heal chapped lips from working outside in the winter.. its awesome.

I had the same problem when I was on holiday. I'm from Britain, and was on holiday in Spain. Not being used to the hot 40 degrees C Spanish climate and the chlorine in the pool, my lips chapped, bled and peeled. I used Vaseline on them every day for 2 days and it cleared straight away:)

If you have like Andy/ A&D (not sure which one it is) ointment that works wonders. I know it says it's for diaper rash but it's like awesome for your lips.
