Is there anyway to get a wing look or cat with a pencil eyeliner?

Start by doing little 'dashes' following your eye shape. Get it as close as you can to the lash line, then connect them. Try a dark brown or black pencil eyeliner. I like rimmels kohl waterproof eyeliner in black.

Yeah you can..but I can't get it in shape so first I do the basic shape with Lancome artliner then a pencil liner over it!
