Can someone give me some tips on filler for color? I am not really familiar with it.
For example, like if someone is blonde & wants to be all over chocolate brown?

Think about what the hair is lacking. If you know your color theory you know what colors mix together to make brown right? So with blonde they usually don't have any red or blue left on their hair. Try filling with red and coloring with a warm brown with a decent amount of ash.
