Bad Shellac/Gel Nail Service Experience.

I had gel applied on my nails 2 weeks ago. The service was bad and application looked terrible. I won't go back there again. If I could just comment here and those salon workers could read my comment about them, I would feel really good, but unfortunately they won't. If you are from Brisbane, Australia I will tell you where you should not go to have your nails done. Promise. You won't wana waste your money like I did.

I live in Brissy and unfortunately I know of too many nail salons with bad reps. It's very sad that these 'businesses' are taking people's money for such a horrible job

It's a shame that profession is a part of the salon's name. To apply gel on the nails costs AU$40. I think the salon has staff who are not properly trained and have no customer service training. I noticed the work they've done for me looked terrible when I stared at my nails under bright white light. Sorry to say, but I think I just donated $40 to people who don't deserve it.

Hi Dee-Ann, do you know of any good salons here in Brisbane? I moved here a few months ago. Before I was living in Sydney and I used to go to a really good place nearby our unit complex.

Kitty, you should see if Yelp or Foursquare is available for your area. There, you can leave reviews and pics.. or read reviews from others and view their photos. Owners can and do see them..I've had several respond. It's not only a great way to warn others, but a place to celebrate places you love while discovering new shops, salons and restaurants. :)
