Use rubbing alcohol or apple cider vinager, I found that they both work amazing for me a lot of products made my face more oily.

The apple cider vinager will, I use it when I break out and they go away right away, it will kinda sting at first and your face will stink like vinager but do it before bed.

I have the same problem lol (but I'm not complaining because when I'm older, I'll be grateful!) I just use a Nutrogena face wash every couple days (it's in a big round blue container with a silver lid) and it cuts back the oil and clears my skin. I see results overnight! But yeah if you wanna go the more natural way, apple cider vinegar works.

Blotting sheets & if you don't have that just use the toilet seat paper in case of an emergency! (:
