I want to dye my already color treated Auburn hair to a platinum or white blonde. What would be the best technique? And the best bleach? And the best conditioner to restore my hair afterwards.

You need to get a professional to do it, that will be a multiple service so it is going to put your hair through a lot

This is a very damaging process. You should definitely see a professional. I wouldn't be surprised if a few stylists turn you away. You risk your hair breaking off. Bleach completely strips the hair.

if its the color in your picture it shouldnt be too hard if they know what theyre doing an if they use a good toner... ive done a lot of reds to blondes it does damage the hair, however if you treat your hair right with deep conditioners, reconstructors getting a trim once when needed then you shouldnt have much of a problem... but if you have bleach an all the under your current color, then thats a whole different story

It depends on the color level. If your hair is dark going all the way to a blonde color might be a pain in the butt.
