An oil free primer and foundation. I've read you can use deodorant (I don't know if it works on sensitive acne prone skin though) or milk of magnesium aka mom as a primer.

I second the milk of magnesium. I've heard tons of raves about how awesome it is :)

Make sure you use a moisturizer meant for oily skin too. If you don't moisturize then your skin will go into freak out mode and produce more oil than you actually need since you stripe your face of it all when you wash your face.

Buy blotting papers too! Just press them lightly to the oily area and they'll absorb all the excess oil. If you can't find them, thin paper napkins work just as well :)

I'm pretty sure I have the most oily skin in the world haha I use milk of magnesia as a primer and it makes an enormous difference!! I also use lots of powder foundation and blot throughout the day. Make sure you don't over wash your face, because that will dry it out, which causes even more oil production.
