Try exfoliating them with a sugar and using a lip balm like burts bees or Vaseline with cocoa butter. You can also try using coconut oil after exfoliating.

This used to happen to me all the time, but lately I've got into a habit of rubbing me lips together, licking them and scraping them with me teeth if any of that makes sense? Haha that keeps them from being dry for some reason, also love baby lips by maybelline it's all I use on my lips I swear by it.

Mix honey, sugar and olive/coconut/almond oil into a paste and exfoliate lips. Follow with coconut oil or chapstick (:

Stand clear of Vaseline , it makes them worse! Bursts bees is made from all natural products :)
