So I have this on the side of my face. Is this acne or not? Its used to be really red and noticable but lucky the redness died down. But I still don't know what to do with this.

It looks like a rash or an allergic reaction to me. Have you applied anything new to your face lately?

I agree with Hannah.

If you use blush, it can be the reason. Or I have this kind of pimples when I eat eggs. But who knows, fait few days and it won,t pass go to a doctor better:-)

I highly doubt it's acne. Sooooo many people think they have acne when they actually don't. The best way to find out if you have acne is to see a dermatologist, but for what you have right now I suggest putting ice on it. Wash with a gently face wash such as Simple Skincare.

This sounds bad... But experiment with your diet. It's optional and I don't know your views on this, but it worked for me. Gluten was my issue... But it could really be anything. Good luck!

There pimples hun just try getting a simple skincare routine going cleanse with a cleanser containing salicylic acid like neutrogena deep clean and moisturize with a good one like cerave,I analyze skin all day at work and a lot of people get these tiny closed comedones on the side they sleep on ,you can still go to the dermatologist to check however, but what I have recommended is what you should be doing to take care of your skin regardless.

I agree with Traci. Also don't sleep on your face but if you can't resist use a clean pillowcase everynight. I'm trying to break my 13 yr old from sleeping on her face as well because she gets acne in the same area. Then she picks at it...utter disaster. :(
