What's the best skin bleaching cream?

Don't get me wrong I love my freckles, but they've become a lot more prominent and I hate wearing lots of makeup. I now have to wear makeup everyday as I look like I have bruises on my face. I've tried natural remedies and nothing worked for me. I need a good idea on what skin bleaching cremes I could use to just tone done my freckles.
