Well, I don't know how severe the scars are but you can try Mederma. Its a cream and It's a really, really good product for both new and old scars but it takes some serious commitment. It says for existing scars to apply 3 times daily for 3-6 months (for new scars 3 times daily for 8 weeks). It works though. You should look into it and see if its for you:)

You can try cocoa butter it's helped to fade my scars and works for many people. As Jessica said it takes commitment no matter what product you end up using!

Use bio oil :) it's a little expensive but it's amazing! I had a ski accident this time last year... (Actually last Xmas eve) and I sliced my chin open.. Had 11 stitches! Used bio oil and massaged it every day and now you can hardly see it! Honest best ever! It was lumpy and bright pink now it's so smooth and can hardly see it :)

Oh, I thought you are asking about acne scars. I thibk the best option is to find a good esthetician which will pick the best for you, it could be a cream for scars, a deep peeling, mezotherapy, feeling, surgery etc. The scars seem pretty deep so not sure you,ll get rid of the at home:-)

I agree with diana. the scars are very deep and they will not be able to ever fully heal. mederma is a great product. I have lots of scars on my legs and I apply cocnut oil on them twice a day and it dramatically faded them in only a couple months.
