I want to know what a good highlighter would be. I have fair skin. Need some opinions :)

Mac's prep + prime highlighting pen is great. It's sheer so there's really no messing it up

But since it's so sheer I add rimmel's highlighter/concealer sometimes also for more of a highlight

If you have fair skin, it's best to stay away from anything either too golden or too glittery. Think of your skin like a blank canvas. If you were to add any shimmer it would stand out and not look like natural skin. That being said, I recommend the following which add a candlelight glow but are beautiful on fair skintones:
rms beauty Living Luminzer: http://www.beautylish.com/s/rms-beauty-living-luminizer
Benefit Cosmetics High Beam: http://www.beautylish.com/p/benefit-cosmetics-high-beam

I have fair skin as well and I really like benefits high beam (: it's a liquid and blends in seamlessly so it always comes out looking great.

Urban Decay Naked Illuminated Shimmering Powder for face/body or Too Faced Candlelight Glow! I've tried every highlighter there is and those are my fav. Also Hard Candy Doll Face is good and cheap too, but they only have at walmart

I hated Benefits, its way too over priced and doesn't last
