Wayne G. Has a video on this on YouTube you apply concealer just under the bags and not over them. When you do it over ypu make it more noticeable but just in the line makes it less noticeable hope I explained it well if not look it up he explains it better.

I get those too if you also have a problem with dark cirlces put coconut oil under your eyes before you sleep and theyll be glowin in the morning.

For it eyes put two spoons in the freezer for like an hour and them take them out and put them on your eyes it reduces puffiness and gets rid of bags I know it sounds weird but it really works.
