Red Spot On Nose?

My nose is always red! Why? For the past year, a little over a year actually, my nose stays red for some reason. There isn't a bump either. Do any of you know why its like this and how to stop it? Thanks in advance! :)

I live in a very moderate climate where the temperature changes with the seasons very obviously so I know it isn't caused by that. I appreciate you taking the time to comment, that means a lot to me! :)
