Any good setting spray and makeup primer?

I need a setting spray and primer , but which one do you girls recommend. I have oily, acne- prone skin.

I've already tried Elf and I think it breaks me out. Also I have tried Benefits Porefessional and Smashbox and it broke me out also.

For a primer I suggest Hourglass Veil Mineral Primer. So many people on here rave about it and that it's a holy grail primer. I have it and wasn't too impressed especially for the price, but I've never heard of someone who didn't like it.

I use smashbox primer and urban decay setting spray. Works nicely.

I use Mac prep and prime and urban decay setting spray love them both!
