Rimmel fix and perfect pro is a good primer, and only $7.99. Elf has a nice smoothing primer. Also elfs eye primer is good for a buck.

ELF's $1 eyelid primer is a great dup. For Urban Decays potion primer and a good face primer would be Rimmel's new primer both of those would be under $10 maybe even $5 :)

For an eyeshadow primer I looove too faced shadow insurance. I have rather oily eyelids and with this product I get absolutely zero creasing or fading. to me its well worth $20 because its super effective and one tube lasts several months. right now I'm using candlelight.

Agreed with Angel.
I use Hard Candy skin perfecting primer (they make 3 different ones) & it works great, & isn't too expensive! just let it sit for about 5mins before applying foundation.
