I got mine from makeupmania.com. Ben Nye is the brand & banana is the actual shade. They have darker shades as well.

As far as choosing the right shade, Jacquline H. posted a great description of the products in a thread last week, you can read it here: http://www.beautylish.com/t/ruyrqr/ben-nye-powder

I am quoting her post below:

Ben Nye powders have 2 main categories: Classic & Luxury (Luxury is split into 2 series) which sometimes appear as 3 different categories:

Classic Translucent Powders
Luxury Powders
The Bella Series- For lighter shades
Mojave - For deeper shades

Here are the color breakdowns for Ben Nye's Translucent Powders

Neutral Set Translucent Powder is a colorless powder that blends with all skin tones. It controls perspiration, making this perfect powder for high stage performers or for those that live in a hot and humid climate. There are no color alterations with this powder.
Super White Powder: Ben Nye’s only non-translucent powder that contains a bright white pigment to brighten White, Geisha, Porcelain, and other very fair shades.
Fair Translucent Powder: Peach-tone that blends naturally with fair, peach and pink skin tones.
Pretty Pink Translucent Powder: Warms up sallow tones and adds a healthy glow. It's a translucent Pink powder.
Topaz: Shade for olive-brown complexions with golden undertones. It's great over natural olive and lighter shades of the Sahara Series - neutral brown.
Coco Tan Translucent Powder: Warm olive-tan shade that naturally complements medium deep complexions.
Sienna Translucent Powder: Golden-brown shade. Natural over mid to deep Sahara shades.
Chestnut Translucent Powder: Translucent warm neutral brown with a golden caramel mahogany tone.
Sable Translucent Powder: Deep brown with red mahogany tint.
Ebony Translucent Powder: Darkest deep neutral brown.

Ben Nye Luxury Face Powders:
BELLA (Perfect for light and medium skin tones translucent with a hint of color.)
Cameo
Buff
Beige Suede
Banana

MOJAVE Series (Great for olive and brown skin tones.)
Camel
Dolce
Olive Sand
Clay
Nutmeg
Dark Cocoa

Cameo Luxury Face Powder: Translucent pink beige.
Buff Luxury Face Powder: Translucent beige with pink tones.
Beige Suede Luxury Face Powder: Translucent beige with neutral tones.
Banana Luxury Face Powder: Yellow tone (perfect for perking up the under eye area, as an all over face powder and an eye shadow. If you are very fair, I would tread lightly with this powder because if you use too much, it gives very fair skin a jaundiced hue ).
Camel Luxury Face Powder: Translucent yellow golden tan.
Dolce Luxury Face Powder: Translucent Warm Golden Tan.
Olive Sand Luxury Face Powder: Translucent Warm Tan.
Clay Luxury Face Powder: Translucent Deep Tan/golden
Nutmeg Luxury Face Powder: Translucent Dark Tan/Orangey Gold
Dark Cocoa Luxury Face Powder: Translucent Warm Deep Dark Tan
