I think the brand is just called sugar but they have chapsticks that are so moisturizing I use it when my lips are super chapped leave it over night and they're so soft when I wake up!

I have really bad dry lips 24/7 but in Australia there's this thing called Lucas' paw paw ointment its supposed to be for cuts but its amazing for your lips eveeyone uses it for that I find eos not really moisturizing enough and kinda goes away after a few minutes but this stuff is really good!!

In the lotion aisle at the drugstore you can find the palmers cocoa butter stick. I'm not sure if it's really a lip balm but that's what I use it for and I love it.
