Contour!! Top liner!! Lipsticks!! Bold colors like deep red dark purples etc.

~ Contouring your face to make it slim and longer helps.
~ Darker lip liners and lipsticks. Think deep reds, plums, etc.
~ How much your brows are filled in, or not, can have a lot to do with it as well. Older girls normally have thinner eyebrows.
~ Using black on your waterline to close off your eyes.
