Listen to your body. That's #1. I've been chronically I'll since 2007. The top thing I have learned is not to push myself. You *will* make yourself sicker.

Lots of rest and drink a lot of fluids! Very important to keep your body hydrated.
Also, maybe take a nice hot bath/shower once a day to help clear you up and relax your muscles.

Next time get a flu shot! since your sick you won't be able to now until your better, but in the mean time the 2 best remedies are water (drink at least 1 gallon daily) to flush out that bacteria/virus. And get some sleep! sleep sleep sleep helps you recover faster. Eat healthy, fruits & veggies recommended, no fast food. Most importantly, stay home until you are feeling better so you don't spread your virus to other people, especially children! if a baby catches that, its no good!
