You can try a deodorant like certain-dri, it's applied before bed every night. You can also get botox shots in your armpits but I would try the certain-dri first.

You can check with the Dr you may have hyperhidrosis or if your having hot flashes like myself I take estroven, its a drugstore medication they have different types for hot flashes and night sweating but first you need to find out the cause behind the excessive sweating.

See your doctor, If It is hyperhidrosis there is not much that can stop this problem. For hands and feet there is a talc powder that is ok but not great.

Mitchum deodorant. Hands down, best brand ever. I used to sweat even when it was like 30 degrees outside. Now, I barely sweat at all.

I knew someone with hyperhidrosis so bad in their hands that they had to wear gloves to do hair and the sweat poured out of his glove. He went to the dr and they recommended Botox or surgery. Bottom line, I would check with the dr on that. You can put clinical strength deodorant on your feet too. It may be weird on your hands.

I'm using Sweat Block. It literally changed my life. I went from excessive underarm sweating to being sweat free for 3 years now. I highly recommend it, definitely check it out. :)

I used something called Dr Mist for my feet. Spray it on. Rub it in. Let it dry, you're good to go!

I havent found anything that makes me sweat less, but I use 4 Always ultrathin pantiliners inside each underarm of my shirts. 3 up and down and 1 across all 3. It will keep you dry for like half a day. Then you may need to change them and wipe off your old deodorant and put fresh deodorant on. Hope this helps. I have a very bad excessive sweating problem so I know how it feels. Not even the clinical deodorant works on me :/
