I have major bumps around my nose. Please help?!

Hello! I've been having problems with minor acne around my nose and they never fully develope, or go away. They're just spots that sit there. I've tried using those clearosel/nutrogina pads, but they don't help. On top of it, my skin is a little oily and I try to wash it away, but its just like that! Someone please help!

Maybe a facial or steam your face and use a mask, scrub
