I see on tutorials the ladies put under their eyes concealer to brighten. Do they just use shades lighter then their skin and blend?

I use bobbi brown's corrector to cancel out the darkness, and then a liquid concealer over top.

I don't play with that mess anymore. Perfekt Eye Perfecting Gel has 4 shades and a clear that soothes.. cools..depuffs..brightens...smoothens and conceals in one step. Never creases. Stays put. I also rarely powder beneath my eyes. Too drying and with a great primer haven't found it necessary.
