Green cancels red. And here is what I do for my undereyes, I have really dark bags..start with primer!!, conceal your bags, dab firmly with pressed powder, than start your normal foundation routine.

Visine helps temporarily take red down. Green will tone the red, but you need a yellow or peach for the under eye. Physicians Formula has both products...works great and is affordable. Lumene also has an eye brightener that works fantastically
