The best is natural looking make up, blonde hair doesn't need exacurating,no matter eye color,you need to have the right shade of blonde,avoid from cool tones,go with golden shades of blond,it will match with brown eyes, you will need just a little bit touch up for eyes and cheeks to look fresh,thats all :)

Purple eyeshadow looks lovely on brown eyes so does lovely shimmery browns 💗 I am blonde with brown hazel eyes and very fair so I find blacks and dark liners can look harsh on me :( which I hate as I love black smokey shades, I use peach blushers or natural light brown bronzers, highlighter and black mascara and pink lipgloss on less make up days, also cat eyes with a nice red lip looks lovely!
