I think if you use a primer they'll be fine. Tbh I still use cheap brand makeup for colors I won't use often. Like I use dollar store makeup for Halloween haha. Use primer and a setting spray. But they should have decent pigmentation or at least the quad I bought there did. It didn't last all day without primer though.

I'm iffy. I bought a single shadow pot there for $2 and it was like it trying to write with a pen that's running out of ink. Even with primer there wasn't much color payoff. That's just my experience though! If you find a way to make it work, let me know :)

I tried too upload the swatch pic but it wasn't really cooperating. Some of them are great colors, very pretty and pigmented without primer.

My sister has the 15 shadow pallet and I think that Forever 21 makeup is pretty good for it's price. The pallet has some great pigmented colors, and some not so great. But it's so worth it's price.

I tried the more matte colors today and they looked nice...lasted all night but definitely faded a bit. I didn't use a primer do in sure it would of helped to.
