How can I get pretty curls/waves without damaging my hair?

Pin curls - swirl your hair on your head and pin it down over night
Hairband curls - put a headband around your head. Then wrap your hair around the band and leave it overnight!

Try rag rollers! You roll them into your hair when it's wet then sleep in it overnight.

Braid your his before you go to bed then take then out in the miring

You can braid your haid in different size braids. start in at the top with small to mid size &by the end they can be bigger but make tight.
