Does anyone do their own acrylics? I bought a kit so I can learn to do them. Advice?

I got a nailene kit from Sally's. It had good reviews & instructions so I thought it would be a nice starting point for $15. Lol. :)

Lol yeah I've seen those I should try it out too its expensive going and getting them done.

I've done it before but others are better than me so I pay people to do mine now. anyway keep it away from the cuticle and try to keep it as smooth as possible unless you want to file your nails for 5 hours.

I do mine myself if I want acyrillics, less damaging on my nails!! My tips would be take your time, I usually spend a couple of hours in total doing mine!! And practice makes perfect, they might not turn out amazing straight away!! Here's the last set I did a couple of months ago.
