Vaseline, Palmers Cocoa Butter Swivel Stick (cannot rave enough about this, when I was on holiday in Spain I had really bad and bleeding chapped lips due to not being used to the heat, 2 days after using this they were fine!), ChapStick, Sainsburys own lip balm, BabyLips.

Slather some vaseline or a medicated chapstick on before bed. When you wake up reapply and it should feel super smooth.
