I wasn't too sure what category to put this under but I was just wondering what is the smallest size of ear stretching ( sorry I don't know the correct term! ) and what does the smallest size look like? :)

Gauging your ears out? I don't understand your question it goes from a normal piercing size and up. 18, 16, 14, and up.

If you want to do it right you have to gauge them slowly.

To first stretch mine I used a tongue ring, which are 14s. it's barely noticeable and it doesn't really hurt that bad unless you use a threaded bar, (which I did). I'm only at 12 now but that's the size I want :)
