Primer under BB Cream?

I use the BB cream I have as a foundation, and I put foundation primer on before the BB cream and it seems to be working well for me except my makeup comes off with the slightest touch, rub, etc. even after setting powder and finishing spray. Does this have to do with my BB cream being ontop and used as a foundation?

Mabey, I use a primer under my bb cream, with powder on top, and its just fine. What bb cream do you use?

I use Missha M Perfect Cover BB cream. I have a feeling it's not the BEST brand (it's the only kind I've gotten) but it still works great and I order it from Amazon.
