I havent gotten my nails done at a salon before (I normally have my cousin, nail artist person, so them lol) But I would have definitely spoken up and said something! If I didnt like the job they did then I would've complained and refused to pay.

You defo should have spoken up. They want repeat custom so most places would understand and do what they can to rectify the situation.

Hmmm depends, generally speaking up is best thing. But if you are unhappy maybe just never return and be sure inform friends and family not to go there

Yea you shouldn't have paid so much. I think you should go back abd say and make the other customer see that it was horrible and that they should do them again or at least return some of your money. I usually see everything they do and stop tgem before its permanent but I usually pay like 20 and it comes out looking like I paid more

I agree with Rachel. If I were unhappy with any service or product I was paying for I would have definitely spoken up to a manager or person in charge. I would suggest that you call that salon & express your unhappiness about your service, maybe they'll give you a free service :)

Yeah this had happened twice actually the first time was when this woman done my nails and one was completely wonky compared to the other one so I had to say and she re done it. The second time was a man doing my nails he was just plain rude, pulling my hands roughly kissing his teeth at me I was shocked but he did do my nails well!

You can call and talk to the manager. They will usually try and find a way to make you happy wether it's a gift certificate for future nails or to come in the following day ad get them redone or what ever. They usually don't want to loose customers. You have a voice, they are your nails and your money. Speak up. :)

This happens to me all the time. I've found even if you say something to tell them what and how you want them, if they don't know what there doing it dosent matter. I've come home many times and had to refile them to get the shape right. once I had them done and the girl clearly had no clue. I ended up paying because o honestly felt bad for the girl she seemed nervious but walked out before they were done. I called the next day and spoke to the owner. she said she was a licenced manicurest and new what she was doing. I told her just because someone has a license does not mean they should be thrown on the floor to work on customers they still need additional training. I ended up getting a credit for products in the salon. so if I were I of call can't hurt

Nope, if I had I would've made them take them off and refused to pay, haha, not paying money for shite

Definitely should have spoken up. They are your nails and its your money...Get what you want!😉

Call, definitely. In my opinion it is VERY rude to just tell everyone not to go there. Nobody is psychic, and cannot tell if you're unhappy. Most places will rectify the situation.
