Exfoliate them (even with a toothbrush) then put a good lip balm on. For example Carmex

Exfoliate for certain and then use a good healing lip balm like Carmex...you can also try and easy sugar scrub at home remedy with brown sugar and olive oil...add a bit of cinnamon and it helps plump them a bit too 😊

Mine are the same way. My trick:
-put extra virgin olive oil on a spare tooth brush
-put sugar on it
-exfoliate your lips
-rinse them with water
-apply Chapstick or cocoa butter

Use honey!!Just apply a small amount... And leave it there as long as you can...Afterwards moisturize them extra with vaseline or some lip balm...

Hi Cassandra,
As a fellow self admitted lip balm addict, I feel your pain. Unfortunately a lot of lip products have petroleum in them (including vaseline, carmex, chapstick brand chapstick etc). Try a DIY lip exfoliant like the one Symone suggested and follow with a lip balm that does not contain petroleum. Some good brands to check out are Ilia and Fresh.
I hope that helps!

Yup, I agree, Alicia nailed it. I'm just going to sing my praises of Fresh lip balm lol. It's amazing. I just got a new one today. I also just got a lip balm by Treat. It's all natural and it contains coconut oil, shea butter, kosher vegetable glycerin and natural vanilla. It smells like butterceam frosting and is jumbo sized. You can find it on amazon or at their website treatbeauty.com. Philosophy's Kiss Me Tonight lip therapy is also great.

I would go with the fresh brand! They have an amazing brown sugar exfoliant and an advanced therapy sugar lip balm! They also have tinted lip balms and a sugar based lip glosses! I would start with the first two and work your way into those! And if you wanna just try it, hit up a sephora and ask for samples and you can see how you feel about them!

I to suffer from extremely dry lips. I've been through about every chapstick/ balm you could name: caramex blistex good old ChapStick eos balm nivea ect. I made my own lip scrub that had my lips supple and smooth.
diy scrub: sugar honey coconut oil coffee grounds olive oil. eye ball everything else except sugar I used about 2 tablespoons you don't want the sugar to dissolve just crumbly looking. it smells and taste amazing and was free since I had these items in my house
