1st I put a lip balm then let it soak in for a while.

2 then wipe off the excess moisture

3 use a lip liner and draw over your lip a little bit

fill in with lipliner

4 put on a lipstick

5 pat on a towel /napkin

6 concealer or foundation

7 powder

You can leave it like this it really makes my lips look bigger
But you can go a step MORE

8 put on a lip plumper

@ Desiree I didn't even notice that. I don't think I could put all that on my lips would feel to dry n change the colour of my lipstick.

It looks like the Concealer is for the edges to touch up, not for your lips. the powder make. the lipstick stay on longer. you can use a translucent powder and it won't change the color of your lips

Lol yes melissa p right sorry was really clear is just on the edges of your lip and not now the lip just to touch up or you can do your your foundation first and powder I just did it this way because I didn't have any makeup on.

Patricia... lol yea and it just to touch up around the lips Not on the lip... lili are. The lip plumper work for me after putting all the stuff it should lol
