How do I begin putting on makeup?? I'm 21 years old and my lame ass still doesn't put on makeup. Its time for a change, so I was hoping someone can show me where to go? Or what to watch? That will literally show me from the VERY BEGINNING!

Youtube Youtube Youtube! My favorite Youtubers are Christine Lilly (Lillyesque), Jaclyn Hill and I like Carli Bybel but her new videos are a little drab. Also, go into a department store! Stop at a makeup counter such as MAC or Benefit and ask them for some tips such as foundation application and a basic eyeshadow tutorial!

You're not lame. I was about your age when I started wearing more than gloss n eyeshadow and the only reason I got into it then was because I wanted to b a MUA.
go to the mall n let some folks show you how fo do your face. practice, practice, practice. by some cheapers so you can get your technique down. then invest in more quality products..
google, blogs, and YouTube are invaluable. I read (and read) a lot of books to keep up with different techniques but nothing beats practice.
