I've brought a tweed skater skirt but unsure what to pair it with other than plain white,grey or black long sleeve top for winter, what else would go with it?

I had a skirt just like that I wore it with a silk sheer button down with only the middle buttons done up and usually a pink tank tucked in underneath.

It is neutral, so you can wear it with anything. Button downs, sweaters, blouses, tank tops, tee-shirts... Any color you want! Jewel tones and rich colors look nice in winter. Black tights underneath will keep you warm and still goes with whatever outfit you make.
