Baby shampoo or antibacterial soap. Also add a bit of olive oil.

Dawn dish detergent (blue preferably) & vinegar mixed in a solution. I've added olive oil to it to make sure I don't dry out the bristles of my brushes. Hope this helps.

I like "The Maters" brush cleanser and preserver. You can buy it at any art supply store, I use it on all of my makeup and art/paint brushes

Baby shampoo! It gets rid of the gunk and gentle enough that it won't mess up your brushes :)

I second the Dr. Bronners soap. I use the Lavender liquid but I've heard the bar soap is pretty good as well.

I use MAC's brush cleanser daily and elf's brush shampoo for weekly cleansing.

I actually use some of my face wash and dry them with the brush guard. I'm honestly not 100% sure if face wash is good to use on brushes, but I've been doing it for a while and my brushes retain their softness and I haven't seen any fallout bristles, so I think if the wash is gentle enough, it'd be fine. :)

Baby shampoo! Elf also just came out w a brush shampoo. I wouldn't recommend Sonia kashuks because it is a spray and is annoying to keep spraying then you want something you can just soak them in. I also put a little bit of pure castle liquid soap bv it's natural and smells amazing and minty bc of the eucalyptua and tea tree
