I've been subscribed for 3 months now and I've loved just about everything I've gotten. This month's bag was kind of a dud for me personally but not every bag can be a winner. Even so the bag is cute and there's at least 2 or 3 products out of 5 that I'm looking forward to trying even after my initial disappointment. I don't think I'd be so disappointed if the last two bags hadn't been so awesome. Overall I'm happy with it and for $10 you get a lot of stuff that is valued way over that. Most of the products are deluxe samples or travel size, some are even full size.

I've heard a few people complain that the first few months are amazing and the it just goes downhill from there and you just get crap after. Kind of scares me away from it. But I've done research on julep and it's $20 a month and you pick what you get in it and most of the product are full size products. You can join julep on a monthly bases or yearly. You can pay for the whole year in advance, or pay for a couple months. You can get it every second month if you prefer, and you can also opt out a month and send your beauty box to a friend for say a bday gift or get well or what ever.

I LOVE my Ipsy! I got my first bag in January and I would say it has been worth it. Some months I get disappointed because by chance, I didn't get some products that looked awesome or I got stuff I would never use... but that's why I got Ipsy, so I could try stuff I would never think to buy for myself. Its really exciting getting your bag and opening it each month, its kinda like a mini birthday or holiday gift, it always brightens up my day (or week even!). Even when I don't get something I wanted, I'm normally happy with a majority of the things in my bag and I have set up trades with other Ipsy members before and gotten everything I wanted, so it works out.

Ooh yeah and Ipsy's sample sizes are either full size or large travel sizes... I've heard birch box sends you those little foil samples sometimes, I feel like that would be such a waste! I love that I get enough product to really try it out and test it to decide if I like it or not, Ipsy's great for that.

Glossybox and Birchbox can be similar to Ipsy. I have had several amazing boxes and got my first dud box this month but the box was pretty. x

I got the Anchor Bag in March! It was kinda "so-so." I received a yaby eyeshadow refill, juice beauty hydrating mist, a glam rx magnetic palette, and makeup remover wipes.
