What are your opinions on boots/shoes from Charlotte Russe? What is the quality like?. I really want some boots and booties from the website, but I want to make sure they are worth it.

Totally worth it. I love that store. :)) I own many shoes from there and they have all held up well. as for the booties, they have some of the cutest for cheaper than other stores.

I have purchased so many shoes from them because they're gorgeous and they always have good deals. BUT! lately, the quality hasn't been that great. the last 3 pairs I bought all ripped after a few wears :(

I bought a pair of boots there a few years ago and the third day I wore them the lining was shredding. I am not hard on shoes, so this was just a disappointment. The outside (faux leather) started to crack and fade in less than a month, even with infrequent wear. At least they were only $10.

I love their shoes. However, my shoe size is an 11, which they do not carry. A friend of mine was in there looking for something one day, and as I was sadly looking at shoes I could never have, a salesgirl asked if I needed assistance, and I very politely said no because I know they didn't have my shoe size. The girl asks me what shoe size I had and I said 11, then she gave me the most disgusted look and said in a very snotty way that they don't carry my size. I won't go back to the one in my city because of snotty sales girls.

I used to work there and I can tell you from experience, the shoes are cute, yes, but if you want quality that will last you a while, I wouldn't spend the money. I can ALSO tell you from experience that their customer service really is lacking which is one of the main reasons I quit. When I get reamed out by management for offering good customer service, its not the place for me to work. Traffic has some really cute shoes that last quite a while, so I'd try there if I were you first.
