It doesn't look so bad.a full coverage foundation will work for you.I am acne prone too and I love clarins everlasting foundation. mac studio fix foundation is also good but may look a little cakey.if you need a full coverage concealer makeup forever full coverage concealer is the best.

Clinique acne solutions liquid makeup not only covered my acne but it cleared it up! And it is matte, fragrance and alergy tested. It has sylicylic acid.

Or apply loreal true match foundation only in the areas you need it. Like cheeks and chin. Then use concealer on forehead, nose and where foundation didn't cover.

Hard candy glamoflague concealer!! You can get it at the drugstore. I think Canada has it.
