Depends on in what kind of restaurant you work, but I wouldn't wear bright lipstick. Just some blush and eyeliner + mascara would be nice. You should try to keep it simple.

Natural! You don't want to steal the show. Try not to wear too much black around your eyes because working and smudges go hand and hand. Bring a translucent powder for a pick me up while your super busy!
