For myself personally against my skintone the colors washed me out. So it wasn't worth buying for me but I do find it a good deal if looking for a basic matte palette if just starting out in makeup.

If you feel the colors are too ill because they're matte I would just put in an extra 20$ and get either the naked or naked 2 palettes (you have matte and shimmer plus you get extra goodies!)

And I think for the same price or maybe 10$ more you could do the natural eye palette from Too Faced, it has shimmer and matte colors

I love it way more than I thought I would! Use it more than any other of my palettes including both the naked palettes. I use it everyday to shape my eyes add depth etc.whilst using another colour as the main lid colour.

It's got four variations on off-white. if you're looking for neutral mattes along with some shimmers, go for the LORAC pro palette.

I use it every single day, I usually add one or 2 colors from the naked 2 palette as accents when I want to glam it up. I wasn't sure of it at first but it is essential to my everyday face.
